I have found this video by the e-mail I have received from birdtricks and I was curious at the title they sent to me about "Sign a Petition" when I clicked it they said it's a bird cruelty... I surf their blog and saw this video... When I saw the video I feel sorry for the bird... I just hope he would stop his cruelty....

Following rules and regulations have been part of our life nowadays... Although there are people who do not follow the rules and regulations. Yeah! sometimes it is annoying to follow it but if we don't follow their might be a problem that will occur. We don't want to happen it so we restricted ourselves just to obey.
Obeying the rules and regulations have an advantage it can limit what we don't want to happen... Obeying it means we are under their command or they are supreme that's why we are obeying... NO! it is something we must do in our own and in our own will.
There are also rules that if we don't follow them there is something gonna happen to us...  Like penalties; Money, social service or worst
