I am having a difficulty having a good sleep lately... Its not because of my low blood pressure but it is because of the style of my sleep...
Haven't you notice when you stay outside of your room trying to get sleep in the hotel or other houses that you are having some difficulty?
Well that's true.... as of me in my room I have lots of pillow 2 on my head 1 on my feet 1 on my back and one that I hugged that way I can sleep...
I can also sleep without them but I have to take some times or hours just to fit on my environment
Reading is part of my sleep... I would read some books or Articles in the net so I could sleep fast...
